Even the Public Retreats are channeled exactly to each participants needs so therefore it is difficult to tell you exactly what happens in them.

We can tell you the public retreats are held once or twice a year (next one is likely to be August 2012) in a peaceful, loving environment with yummy, healthy food. Many people who arrive with serious health concerns or issues often leave without them. There is more than 100 hours of meditating, chanting, healing, body / mind / soul clearing exercises, connecting to our higher guidance, joy, awakening our magnificence & Spiritual/Soul gifts, laughter, peace and much, much more.
