It is best to pick a time where you can lie down to receive your healing & then either go to sleep afterwards or rest for a few hours and a time when you will not be drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours. Why? Because your energy can be magnified enormously & even if you have 1 glass of wine it can be like you have drank hundreds of glasses of wine & you may wake up with a BIG HANGOVER! It has happened to many clients who TESTED this theory & it may happen to you!
